Weather was nice. Ran a little faster than last time. Feeling good after run; not immediately after.
Had company today; sort of. My husband and I took the same road. It was hot but enjoyed the run/walk.
I may have completed 6 miles today. I didn't take my pedometer on my morning hike. It was okay. Not great.
My husband and I walked most of these miles. It was a nice walk. Got the heart rate up but not too high; a little perspiration.
I am stuck. I can't seem to run more than 1 or 1.5 miles. I walked most of the six miles. I stop because of pain in my calf or old knee injury. My time was 1 hour and 55 minutes. I welcome any suggestions anyone has to give.
Walked most of these too. It was a beautiful morning though. I shaved 7 minutes from this route.
